Today, we completed our acquisition of Combined Knowledge, which marks another important step in our continued commitment to bringing a robust end-to-end experience to our customers by building a modern workplace. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in the United Kingdom, Combined Knowledge boosts business productivity for companies around the world by creating fluent, confident, and self-supporting users of Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, and hybrid environments. Since its founding, Combined Knowledge has helped more than 1 million people achieve this through learning and support tools, custom solutions, and premium training developed and delivered by Microsoft MVPs and industry experts. This move enables us to provide an even better experience to our customers as well as additional opportunities to our growing partner network to offer content enabling companies to boost their business productivity and accelerate the adoption of their Microsoft 365 investments. Additionally, acquiring Combined Knowledge advances our learning experience platform’s domain expertise around corporate learning and higher education.

Since launching MaivenPoint in February 2021, we continue to make significant investments and progress to shape the future of learning and training:
  • Earlier this year, we completed our acquisition of i-Access Solutions, which bolstered our ability to offer an enhanced suite of SaaS offerings, built-in with deep domain knowledge of training management, to help our customers uplift and modernize their operations and create value-added training and learning experiences.
  • MaivenPoint’s Examena solution won the “Test Prep Solution of the Year” award in the fourth annual EdTech Breakthrough Awards program, which recognized the breakthrough innovation of AvePoint’s Examena online exam management solution.
