A Work-and-Learn Programme for Digital Careers
The Digital Professionals Accelerator (DPA) is a work-and-learn programme that equips high-potential graduates with the digital, professional, and workplace skills employers need today. Through full-time employment and structured mentorship, DPA enables a confident transition from graduation to meaningful digital careers — while supporting long-term workforce development.
What makes DPA different:
How the DPA Accelerates Your Career
The DPA Programme consists of three core components designed to develop well-rounded business analysts:
Real-World Projects That Build Real Experience
DPA participants contribute to real projects across government, public sector, and enterprise environments, gaining exposure to large-scale digital initiatives and mission-critical systems.
Essential skills you’ll develop:
A Fast-Paced Experience Built for Serious Growth
DPA is intensive by design. You’ll spend an average of 52 hours per week across work and learning — fast-tracking your readiness for the next 5–7 years of industry demand.
What a typical week looks like:
DPA is a work-and-learn programme — more than just a training programme.
You’ll be employed full-time from day one, gaining hands-on experience through real projects while receiving structured learning and mentorship.
As a 12-month On-the-Job Training (OJT) programme delivered in partnership with the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), it’s designed to equip you with both practical skills and real industry experience.
DPA is designed for Polytechnic and ITE graduates who want to start a career in the digital industry, specifically as Business Analysts, and prefer learning through real work rather than classroom-only training.
While many business analyst graduate programmes focus mainly on classroom training or short-term rotations, DPA is structured around full-time employment from day one, alongside part-time academic learning and hands-on project work.
No prior full-time work experience is required. The programme is structured to help early-career graduates build both technical understanding and professional workplace skills from the ground up.
