The programme is open to fresh graduates and early-career professionals from Vietnam who are passionate about starting a career in tech. No prior work experience is required — just a strong commitment to learn and grow.
You’ll undergo 3 to 6 months of intensive, skills-based training designed by industry experts. The curriculum includes technical modules (like coding, data, and software development) as well as soft skills training in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
Most bootcamps stop at graduation — we go further. This is a job-first programme, guaranteeing placement with one of our hiring partners. You start with a clear career destination, reducing your risk and maximising your opportunity to land a role in tech.
Start by submitting your application, then complete a short assessment to help us understand your skills. Once accepted, you’ll join a training track that fits your goals. After completing the programme, you’ll step into a full-time role, either locally or globally.
Graduates are placed in full-time roles such as Development Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, Product Manager, or Service Engineer — primarily at AvePoint’s offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hanoi, or Singapore.
Training is delivered through a blended format: self-paced learning on MaivenPoint’s digital platform, combined with instructor-led sessions and real-life project work. You’ll also receive mentorship and career coaching throughout the programme.
Ho Chi Minh City is the primary location for job placements under the Tech Talent Training programme, with opportunities potentially available in Singapore depending on the role. Relocation support may be provided based on the position and location.
